RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

We strive to provide you with the best quality products and keep a strict quality control system.

However,  in case you are not satisfied with any product and wish to return any product, we will offer you the refund provided certain conditions are fulfilled. We hold the right to deny returns and refunds for certain products and under certain conditions.

Returns will only be provided if the following conditions are met:

  • The products to be returned are not of perishable nature i.e. should the item being considered for return be something that deteriorates quickly, has a limited expiration date or is frozen food. For health and hygiene reasons, the following items sealed for protection reasons will be deemed as used if unwrapped: personal grooming products e.g. hair accessories and styling products, shavers, waxing kits, electric toothbrushes etc, will therefore be unable to be returned if not in their original unused condition.
  • You have informed us about the return within 2 days of receiving the product. You can contact us through email or phone provided under the Contact Us section.
  • In case of defective or damaged products, customers must attach images of damaged products as photographic proof in the email.
  • The products are in their original packaging with the original price tags, labels, invoices, etc. In case the return reason is not a damage issue, the products should be in a resalable condition.
  • The customer will be responsible to return the product and bear all delivery charges. 
  • The products are returned within 10 days from the date we were notified about the return.

REFUND

  • Refunds will be made only after we are sure that the product returned is in its original state. 
  • We will transfer the refund amount within 3 to 5 days upon receiving the products.
  • Refunds will be made through the same method and to the same card/ account through which payment was made originally.
  • The original delivery charge will not be refunded.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customers should open their parcel as soon as they receive it. 
  • All fresh vegetables should be stored in a refrigerator and any frozen items should be put into a freezer upon delivery.
  • If you are not happy with any item, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of receiving the parcel by emailing at info@angloasiangrocery.com.
  • Please note that photo proof is needed for any quality complaints.
  • Due to Covid-19 we are practising a 'no contact delivery' service so customer is responsible  for providing exact delivery address while ordering.


CANCELLATION POLICY

ACCOUNT CANCELLATION:

  • Customers have the right to cancel their account with our website at any time they wish to.
  • They need to inform us about their account cancellation via email. We will process their request and close their account.
  • We hold the right to cancel an account if we find any suspicious behaviour or under such other circumstances.
  • In case a customer wants to reopen an account, they need to email us about the same.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

  • Order cancellations are only possible  before the order is out for delivery. According to our website tracking system, once the order is packed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Once the order is out for delivery, packed or customer has  received the order it will come under Return policy instead of Order Cancellation. 
  • After the customer has cancelled the order he/she will get the refund of the total billing amount including the delivery charge paid.
  • Order cancellation can be done on the website or via phone call on 02089002451.
  • In case the stock is unavailable or we are unable to fulfil the order requirements, we have the right to cancel the order. We will inform you about the cancellation and your money will be refunded to you at the earliest.
