DELIVERY POLICY

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

  • The delivery date and time will be shown once you register on our website and enter your address.

  • There can be certain areas where we do not deliver and we hold the right to ascertain in which areas we deliver. In case we are unable to deliver in your area, we may cancel the order  and refund your money.

  • We deliver within certain time slots and strive to make the deliveries at the earliest. Usual delivery durations: 

           a. For UK customers: Delivery within 1 to 2 working days.
           b. For Europe/ International customers:  Delivery within 2 to 10 working days.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery is received by someone. If there is no one to receive the delivery, we will not deliver and you will be charged for the delivery.

  • In case of unavoidable circumstances such as bad weather and current situations, there can be delayed delivery or no delivery issues. We will ensure earliest possible delivery and will not charge you extra for such deliveries.


DELIVERY CHARGES:

  • The delivery charges will be calculated once you finalize the order and confirm for payment. 

  • These charges are based on the weight and value of the order and your location. The delivery charges start from £10.  For example: if weight of products is less than 22 Kgs or value purchased is less than £30, the delivery charges will be £10.

  • England, Wales & Southern Scotland: £10 for orders on every 22Kgs. Free Delivery on orders if: Minimum 5 items are purchased with order amount over £30 and weight is under 22Kgs.

  • All Scottish Highlands & Islands (Except KA27 & KA28): £15 for orders on every 22Kgs. Free Delivery on orders if: Minimum 5 items are purchased with order amount over £50 and weight is under 22Kgs.

  • Northern Ireland: £20 for orders on every 22Kgs. Free Delivery on orders if: Minimum 5 items are purchased with order amount over £75 and weight is under 22Kgs.

  • Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland: £24 for orders on every 22Kgs. Free Delivery on orders if: Minimum 5 items are purchased with order amount over £85 and weight is under 22Kgs.

  • Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Netherlands, Germany: £15 for orders on every 22Kgs. Free Delivery on orders if: Minimum 5 items are purchased with order amount over £75 and weight is under 22Kgs.

  • France, Austria, Denmark: £20 for orders on every 22Kgs. Free Delivery on orders if: Minimum 5 items are purchased with order amount over £95 and weight is under 22Kgs.

  • Slovakia, Italy, Sweden, Poland, Slovenia, Hungary, Spain : £25 for orders on every 22Kgs. Free Delivery on orders if: Minimum 5 items are purchased with order amount over £140 and weight is under 22Kgs. Portugal, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: £30 for orders on every 22Kgs. Free Delivery on orders if: Minimum 5 items are purchased with order amount over £190 and weight is under 22Kgs. Bulgaria , Romania: £40 for orders on every 22Kgs. Free Delivery on orders if: Minimum 5 items are purchased with order amount over £220 and weight is under 22Kgs.

  • We have a click & collect policy for customers who live nearby or who are willing to collect the order on their own. There is no charges for click & collect service.
